Urban Innovations provides air conditioning and heating service Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless stated otherwise in your lease agreement. Air conditioning and heating service during the evening, weekend and holidays are considered “after-hours air” and provided at your expense. You may place a request through the UI Service Portal with a minimum of 24-hours notice for weekdays and 48-hours notice for weekends.

Please note: The use of space heaters is strictly prohibited by The City of Chicago Fire Code and per your lease agreement.

Adjustable thermostats provide you the ability to modify suite temperatures during standard hours of operation. If it is felt the thermostat is not operating properly, please submit a request through the UI Service Portal.
